All conversations with the AI assistant are subject to review by Fairplai staff. If you provide contact details, a member of our team may reach out to you with a formal offer or proposal. Only written offers explicitly issued by authorized Fairplai staff members constitute binding offers.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fairplai regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and Fairplai as a result of these Terms or your use of the Service.
